Mycket vädertålig, blommar snällt även kalla och regniga somrar.
Trivs i lucker jord men är mycket anspråkslös. Tål en del torka när plantan vuxit till sig.
Förodling: Så glest på fuktad såjord. Håll sådden fuktig.
När plantorna är stora nog att hantera sätt 1/kruka i gödslad jord.
Övervintra plantorna i kruka i skyddat läge.
