Mindre vattenåtgång
När man frösår och planterar behöver man ett bra underlag, en stadig bricka att ställa krukor och såbrätten på. En plantbricka där krukor och sålådor kan stå när man vattnar utan att vatten hamnar på fel ställe.
Att investera i blomfat till krukorna är inte bara en fördel för att skydda underlaget. Odlar du i krukor är risken också större för uttorkning. Då kan blomfatet fånga upp det överskottsvatten som rinner igenom och kan fungera som en extra vattenroservoar som växten kan suga åt sig av när den behöver.
Enkelt att flytta runt och förvara plantor
Ofta ska frösådder och småplantor flyttas från planteringsbord till en plats under växtlampan eller i fönstret och sedan vidare ut för avvänjning utomhus och in igen. Då behöver man en stabil och lagom stor bricka att förvara dem på.
